DropSAGA Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes the standards that apply when using DropSAGA.

1. Lawful Ecommerce Use Only

You may only use DropSAGA for legitimate, lawful, and authorized ecommerce, sourcing, supplier, listing, and channel-management activity.

2. Prohibited Activity

• Counterfeit, infringing, or stolen products.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading listings.
• Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted content, or protected brand material.
• Manipulation of marketplace trust signals, false reviews, fake order activity, or policy evasion.
• Spam, abusive automation, scraping in violation of third-party rules, malware, or harmful code.
• Use of stores, supplier accounts, or credentials without proper authorization.

3. Platform Integrity

You must not interfere with the security, stability, performance, or normal operation of DropSAGA, connected accounts, or third-party provider integrations.

4. Content Standards

All uploaded product data, attachments, media, and workflow content must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate for commercial use.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, pause workflows, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate platform access where use creates compliance, fraud, abuse, reputation, or operational risk.
